With the Shootings in Lawrence this past weekend Tom is once again calling for the encrypted police scanners to be unencrypted for public safety.

 He is also discussing the investigation report against the Lawrence police chief, which has been issued but not released to the public, will it end up going to trial? Will the Chief step down? Or will all be forgiven?
