On Ask Win today (Friday, January 18, 2019), Best-Selling Author, Win C welcomes Eartha Hall. Eartha lives in Houston Texas. Texas is Eartha’s native state in that her was born here and have lived her entire life in the great state of Texas. Eartha have 3 wonderful sons, 10 grandchildren and an amazing 91 year old mother. Eartha is single and she absolutely love to travel, it’s Eartha’s greatest passion. Hobbies: Traveling, Reading; Writing, Scrapbooking, Hiking, Painting, Drawing. Eartha is a smart working, highly skilled, passionate and results-oriented Project and Business Management professional. Destined to create a huge impact working with any organization. Eartha have a passion for developing process improvements, Analyzing trends, outcomes, strengths, and weaknesses of key metrics while utilizing project management techniques and tools to track and monitor timetables, action items, deliverables, and contingency plans. Currently in search of her next amazing career opportunity. Initially Eartha would say that her greatest life lesson is when in 1996 Eartha lost a younger brother to a massive heart attack, got divorced with 3 children: 1 in college, 1 in high school and 1 in junior high and lost her job all within the same week. Eartha was devastated but managed to pull herself up by the bootstraps and ensure that all of her sons were Eagle Scouts and went to college while Eartha advanced her college education. But in the last week of August 2017 Eartha experienced the most traumatic life events when Hurricane Harvey turned her life upside down by destroying Eartha’s home & car, became divorced (again) and ended Eartha’s teaching career, all occurring within the same week. WOW talk about new beginnings…. Eartha decided that she could become bitter or better. Well Eartha is on my way to BETTER!! As a result Eartha have decided to work on starting Eartha’s own business as well, Eartha Hall Consulting offering coaching, mentoring and consulting services; working on my ministry, Higher Call Ministries; and establish a non-profit as an advocate for children. (more on that later) The 3 things that Eartha is most proud of in her life is her sons and their families, her educational accomplishments, and her life as a missionary (which consist of loving and serving others). Also Eartha is an avid volunteer.
