Sonny McGuiness has sold his interest in the Silver Spring mine to Earthcore, but he’s still involved in the project. A fat percentage awaits him if he goes to work for Earthcore’s hard-ass director, Connell Kirkland. Kirkland wants to make sure Sonny stays in the picture. Meanwhile, Connell now must make sure other interests aren’t looking at the Utah site, and he has to get his experts started on discovering just how big this find might be. For that, he needs the services of Randy Wright, and Angus Kool.
