What if spirituality didn't have to look the way you've been told it should?

This episode was inspired by a reel that had so many of you saying, "This is so me!"

Yes, I love meditation, oracle cards, sage and following my intuition. But I also love jet skiing, bridge jumping with my kids, dancing on yachts, travelling and embracing adventure.

Somewhere along the way, we've been sold the idea that becoming spiritual means becoming someone completely different - serious, quiet and letting go of the things that make you you.

I don't believe that's true.

I believe spirituality shouldn't change who you are. It should give you the confidence to become more of who you've always been.

In this episode, we unpack why so many people are hesitant to explore spirituality, how to trust your intuition without losing your personality and why opening yourself to your inner wisdom can help you move through life with greater clarity, confidence, authenticity and self-trust.

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself... am I too accessible?

After coming back from running my Bali retreat, I pulled the same card three times - ‘After the Storm’.

I knew something was coming, but didn’t know what. Now I do! I am feeling it and want to share my powerful lessons to help you understand and navigate stormy life seasons.

I thought the prize was the Porsche.

But looking back, I can see that the Porsche was never the real goal.

The real transformation happened in who I had to become along the way.

In this episode, I share the story behind a competition that challenged me to raise my standards, self-worth, confidence and belief in what was possible for my life. To even imagine myself driving a Porsche, I had to step into a new identity and become the kind of woman who felt worthy of receiving it.

What happened next surprised me!

While I didn't receive exactly what I thought I wanted, the process aligned me with opportunities that were even better than I could have imagined - including the exciting news that I've become an LSKD Headquarters Athlete and another incredible collaboration that had been sitting on my vision board for years.

This episode is a powerful reminder that sometimes the Universe doesn't give you what you want - it gives you what you've become a match for.

We dive into self-worth, identity, manifestation, authentic self-expression and why the goals you're chasing are often just vehicles for your growth.

“There’s no way I could go back to who I was before.”

These words came from one of the women after our Bali retreat… and I knew exactly what she meant. Because once you’ve experienced expansion, clarity, healing and alignment - you can’t unsee it.

You can’t unknow what your soul is calling you toward.

I've come home from Bali with so many lessons, shifts and moments of deep reflection to share with you.

This retreat wasn’t just transformative for the women I guided… It transformed me too.

In this episode, I open up about the surrender, trust, healing and releasing that unfolded throughout the retreat - especially after navigating disappointment and challenges around changes to this year’s plans that forced me to step into a new level of leadership, power and resilience.

And then… there was the Balinese healer experience 😅

A moment where I felt completely vulnerable, exposed, nervous and honestly a little…or a lot… out of my comfort zone! But what unfolded became one of the most powerful experiences of the trip.

What started as a funny and confronting experience turned into a profound lesson in self-worth, releasing emotional blocks held in the body and opening myself up to a deeper level of healing and wisdom.

I also share the transformations I witnessed within the women on retreat - the grief released, the breakthroughs experienced, the softness, clarity, healing and empowerment that happens when women finally give themselves the space to pause, nourish themselves and reconnect to who they truly are.

This episode is filled with stories, spiritual insights, laughter, vulnerability and reminders that sometimes the most uncomfortable moments become the ones that change us the most.

You’re doing all the “right” things… showing up, working on yourself, feeling good, making progress. And then suddenly - you’re not.

Old patterns creep back in. Stress takes over. You feel overwhelmed, emotional… maybe even like you’ve gone backwards.

And then comes the feeling - “Why do I feel like this again?”

In this episode, I want to normalise something that so many women in my community have been experiencing and questioning. Because this isn’t failure. This isn’t you doing it wrong.

This is growth!

I share the questions that have been coming through from women who feel like they’ve slipped back after making progress and why this is actually a natural, necessary part of the healing and self-development journey.

Because growth is not linear.

You don’t just rise and stay there.
You expand… contract… release… and rise again.

I also open up about my own experience over the past few weeks feeling emotional, sensing an ending, and recognising the familiar pattern that always shows up before I step into something new.

With this being episode 99 and seeing 99 everywhere (a symbol of closure and completion), it feels like a powerful reflection of what so many of us are moving through right now.

Because with endings… come new beginnings.
