In this JSJ self-care spontaneous meditation, I practice what’s called back supervisor flows. These holds help alleviate back tension and stress all. day. long. I was with my daughter all afternoon running around the park. And my toddler is fast. My back was feeling a bit sore as I sat down to work at my computer for the evening. I decided to take a break, practice my supervisor flows, and record an episode. After this short 15 minute guided meditation practice, my back feels less tense and I feel less stressed!
