We're going to So Ba Vietnamese Restaurant at 560 Gresham Ave. Traditional Vietnamese food with a hip twist focusing on the Vietnamese Pho, Bun and Com style dishes. If you’re feeling adventurous (and hungry), take their Pho King Challenge. It’s 96oz liquid, 20 oz meat, and you must finish EVERYTHING in 1 hour. They’ve only ever had one winner.
