This is Holly Yao (also known as Zhuoliang Yao, if you’d like to try mandarin). I moved from Shanghai to New York in 2017 to explore my interests in the Home industry. It was a big move for me by quitting my dream job as the merchandiser for Disney and comfort zone to being back as a student and entering a totally new environment. It is dramatic but so inspiring.

I love observing, always get excited by finding new cultures, new places, new friends yet I also have a heart for something old and carry a lot of memories. My ultimate goal is to become a global citizen and create meaningful products and memories for people around the world.
