Easy Release Form iPad App Captures Signature, Photo of Subject - iPad365 - iPad App Show [Video]
Let’s say you are planning a photo shoot or a video shoot. You got your models (or guests) all lined up. You do the shoot, mix down and post the completed results. Then you get a cease & desist letter saying content needs to be taken down. What do you do?
Well, if you were to have a program like Easy Release Form, you can have the person fill out the form, snap their picture, and sign on the dotted line. That way if a lawyer shows up, you can show they agreed to release the photos or video to you.
Easy Release Form takes only a few minutes to set up. You can use an iPad, iPhone or iPod (even an Android version) to get the person’s details, signature and photo. When done, you can also send the full document to their email, along with any important information – like where to find the photos or video.
The form is customizable, so you can really make a form for anything you do. Let’s say you want to make up a non-disclosure agreement. Simply change up the form, put in new writing and save it.
