How to make an Easy Keto Stir Fry.Episode 22.Cooking and Baking Show.Subscribe, Like, Comment, and Share.Ingredients + Recipe: Stir Fry Sauce1/ C chicken broth3 tablespoons Coconut Secret1 tablespoon fish sauce1 tablespoon white vinegar2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute1/2 tsp xanthan gym2 tablespoons chili sauceCombine all ingredients and set asideChicken Stir Fry Ingredients1 lb chicken (cut in chunks)1 tablespoon almond flour1 tablespoon olive oil2 cloves garlic minced1 small onion chopped1 head broccoli chopped1 small onion chopped1 bell pepper chopped1 tablespoon ground gingerOver medium heat add oil to pan, dust chicks a/almond flour and cook chicken until almost done. Remove from pan and set aside. Add more oil to pan and cook the garlic and ginger together (for just a minute) add vegetables and cook until tender. Once the veggies are tender, add chicken back to the pan before adding the sauce.
