Whether or not you are aware of your chakras, there are clues that you can identify that happen when these energy systems need clearing.

 

It’s not hard to take a few minutes each day to keep up with your spiritual hygiene and I highly recommend you do!

 

No one wants to feel energetically heavy or blocked when you can feel free and clear instead.
