We're diving deep into the topic of healthy food swaps for easy weight loss and the idea is that you don't actually have to give up all the foods you love (that don't love you back), right away. Full life overhauls in a day don't usually last so, why not try something new.
I've found on my weight loss journey that making small changes makes a huge difference in my weight and waist line. For instance, when I cut out soda, yes even diet soda, and swapped it for Seltzer water like Polar Ice...I lost 10 pounds. AND MY JOINTS SAID THANK YOU!
