XinKun Dai, with the same family name as our restaurant name. She moved to Montreal from China with her parents when she was 17 years old. Went to Concordia University studying theatre design.  She has been living in Montreal for 7 years. She is a creative director making short videos and also a model. Very young, full of energy, ambitious, not afraid of challenges. Her short term goal is to become a successful social media personality.
