Michel was born in Montreal and his parents moved to Montreal from Cambodia. He was a professional dancer and became a restaurant owner almost 6 years ago. His restaurant "La Belle Tonki" has an amazing vibes and a lot of loyal customers.  This is the first time for this podcast to have two restaurant owners and we sure covered a lot about cooking and restaurant business in this video.
