"Eat your vegetables." Something our parents taught us so we would grow up big and strong. Cring explains that we need vegetables for the heart, soul and mind as well--so we can be healthy all over. Good news and better news: a weekly podcast where we endeavor to put the pin back in the grenade.  We just take a little time to talk some common sense, laugh a lot, sometimes play some music, and leave refreshed. After all, humanity isn't really hopeless--we just have a tendency to act helpless.
