A simple reading of the Biblical verses prohibiting bugs implies that any and all foods containing bugs are prohibited. More careful analysis of the sources leads to more lenient conclusions. In this course with Rabbi Dovid Fink we will examine the opinions of the great sages of the Talmud down through today’s principle poskim with the goal of understanding the main opinions on what to do about bugs and food.
