Eating disorders are a common issue amongst the SIBO community and tackling them is a vital part of recovering from this condition. This week Rebecca is joined by Diane Ryan who specialises in helping people to tackle eating disorders and to identify the emotional triggers that have created them. Diane and Rebecca discuss the various types of eating disorders that exist, how they present, how to treat them and ultimately how to move on once you’ve recovered.
