This week, Taylor and Lauren are joined by Jackie Hackett, Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Personal Trainer. Nutrition is a topic that athletes know is highly important when it comes to performance but is often overlooked and highly misunderstood. 

Jackie addresses some of the myths surrounding nutrition and overall health for female athletes and how these myths can perpetuate eating disorders. She discusses the difference between disordered eating and eating disorders, both the common and severe symptoms that accompany these disorders, and the importance of proper nutrition so athletes can fuel their body for performance.
