Too general
I found the information provided to be basic. If you have done any study on nutrition this speech would not contain any new information. Brenda misuses words, and pauses in the middle of phrases. Add to this my personal pet peeve which is women who make a statement that sounds like a question, and I debated not finishing. I will not likely get another in this series.
A new way to look at things
I got really connected to this audio. Deep inside I felt for a long time that most of my eatting during the day was due to lack of energy, and not because I was really hungry.
This audio changed my eating habits and the way I feel. If you are like me I recommend you buy this audio.

Enjoyed listening to it on my lunch hour on my walks. Going to download the other parts in the series too.
