There is an issue that is rarely spoken of in education. It’s hard to find a conference that focuses on it, and college courses rarely give it time or attention. That elephant is the topic of classroom management. Although many people will admit this is important, few people take the time to diligently teach educators how to create a learning environment that engages students while instilling within them a sense of excellence so that they can be successful at everything they do.
