I sit down and discuss not only the problem of teacher shortage, but also a few steps each school can take to be part of the solution. Mr. German is an experienced principal of 17 years, and we have a frank conversation about some of the impacts a shortage of high quality certified teachers has on schools.  We also try to shine a light on a mindset that is needed to help address this issue long term.
