Amber Joy Vinson of Dallas, a second healthcare worker in Dallas, has been diagnosed with Ebola.

Shortly after the announcement, anonymous nurses reported that the Dallas hospital that treated Thomas Duncan was "figuring it out as they went" in regards to what protocol to follow.
