Last night, dozens of people grilled Member for Point Grey & Attorney General David Eby at the Hellenic Community Hall about the controversial school tax on homes worth over $3 million. The 0.2% tax would apply only to homes worth over that amount. Protesters hit Eby with questions and concerns, with many complaining they were in retirement and wouldn’t be able to afford to pay the tax.
