Ebyan has been one of my biggest sources of inspiration over the past months, since we met. Through her words and ways of being she has invited me to access my qualities of bravery, nobility and fierce tenderness in the face of injustice and suffering in the world.

Hence why I'm so thrilled to share this conversation where we discuss many things, including; how to tend to  gratitude and grief, despair and hope, and how to stay rooted to the natural wisdom of the heart in such polarized times.
