After almost six (6) hours of delay, the Electoral Commission failed to submit summary statistics of certified voters’ register to the political parties.

Head of IT at EC Dr. Ofori Adjei explained why the delay.

He disclosed that the EC wanted to give a detailed breakdown on regional basis and must ensure quality assurance hence the delay.
