Leveraging his natural flair for motivational speaking, Sibusiso has arisen from a bushy-tailed high school candy salesman to a magnetic sales savant.Sibusiso has a cumulative work experience of fifteen years, the majority of which was acquired in various positions and disciplines in the Information Technology sector. Through his company, The Msomi Institute he asses, advises trains and coaches on various sales disciplines from sales strategy to sales execution. His clientele varies from privately owned companies right through to Johannesburg Stock Exchange-listed companies.His meteoric rise in the leadership is underpinned by an executive certificate in Management Advanced Programme (MAP) focused in Business Administration and Management obtained from the Wits Business School.He has sat on the board for Global Micro Solutions as well as co-founder of my dunamis a Church Management system that he created to fill the technology gap that exists in church organizations and NGO’s.
