Eclipses are omens, signifying specific changes for a 6 month cycle. There is a distortion in the subtle energies on earth, as they cast shadow on the Sun and Moon; The Soul and Mind.

Eclipse times are generally inauspicious for material affairs, however they offer opportunities for inner alignment, revelation, transformation and insight. Never watch the eclipses as they impact the pranic fields in our bodies in a negative way. In particular if you have mental health issues it is best to stay indoors and chill out - meditate etc.
