IN THE NEWS –Small Business Optimism Ticks Up SlightlyLITTLE CHANGE IN THE 10 INDEX COMPONENTS YIELDS A 0.7-POINT INCREASE TO 95.7 IN JULYJuly’s Optimism Index technically rose 0.7 points to a reading of 95.7.
