In this episode we're talking with Deepa Thomas. Deepa is a co-founder of the Genius Entrepreneur Network and Mustard Seed Training Company in Mumbai. She believes in the power of community for entrepreneurs, and community spirit has proven to be a lifesaver for many businesses during the pandemic. Over 10,000 businesses have been impacted over the last 4 years through training, support and curated events.
- Entrepreneurship is not about you , it's about the quality, quantity and complexity of problems you solve for others.
- Business building needs more than passion. An Entrepreneur must be a keen student of the key components of Business Building at all times.
- An Entrepreneur needs to be obsessed about implementation. Learning or knowing is never enough.
- Transformation becomes possible when we learn to accept where we are and be vulnerable enough to ask for and receive assistance.
