Recorded live at Hotel Marina, Prague

This session took place one night before the shocking, heartbreaking events in Israel. I'm sharing this recording now with the intention to support healing of the personal as well as collective trauma stored in our physical body.

Music is a powerful trigger for us to bring to surface our emotions. Dancing can be the instrument to embody our feelings throughout movement. I wish this recording can be used by others as a tool for physically processing and embodying emotions in a safe space.
