Having a house near the beach is a constant reminder of allowance, flow and letting go! When I (Jeneth) stare into the vastness of beauty, sand, and waters, I am reminded of how little control and power we have on this planet.

The seeming limitlessness of a sky-wide sunset or the ocean naturally evokes a sense of connection and gratitude within me. I feel overwhelming gratitude for being able to be here especially when I see the dolphins dancing.

Why do I share this after our embodiment conversation?

Because what we talked about evoked very similar vibes and made me realize that relationships and all of life can connections and our creative expressions are like ocean… loud with crashing waves on the surface, yet a vast connection to oneness.
