I got a chance to sit down with one of the busiest people in all of Rhode Island, Ed Brady. The former Cranston City Councilman and serial entrepreneur talks about his newest venture, restoring the historic Park Theatre! We also chat about his continued success as a restaurateur, opening up several new locations of his Thirty Beaver brand of local eateries. Ed is also the host of the Park Podcast every Friday at noon, where he talks to some of the biggest names in the state, and national acts who come to grace the stage at The Park.
