Plot: Eddy believes that following the rules is unnecessary, as he believes that nothing seriously bad will happen if a rule gets broken. Eddy then proceeds to convince the kids of the Cul-de-Sac that they should break all the rules, much to the chagrin of rule-abiding Edd.
