Originally from the Bronx, New York, Ed has had over 40 of his short plays staged nationwide and is the author of several published works, including the play collection Short Plays for Long Lives from Blue Moon Press and his latest book of humorous essays, I Will Not Be Ignored. His work has also appeared in notable journals such as Slackjaw, The New Croton Review, The Bad Day Book, and the Bronx Memoir Project.
Remarkably, Ed published his first book at age 75 and continues to write and perform with passion and purpose. He is also the co-founder of Lifetime Arts, a pioneering non-profit dedicated to providing meaningful arts education opportunities for older adults.
