Ed Underwood went from a party life to a Christ-centered life when he came to faith as part of the California Jesus Movement. He learned what real discipleship was and learned to follow Jesus and love His Word. It led to ministry in both healthy and unhealthy churches as a pastor. Eventually it led to Ed's role as Senior Pastor at Church of the Open Door. In "retirement", Ed extended his impact on churches, pastors and leadership through The Recentered Group.
