Eddie Harris was an amazing saxophonist and organist, and was known to experiment with his instruments. Some included the electric sax, the reed trumpet, saxobone and the guitorgan.

Known for combining jazz and funk in his music, he was also part of Horace Silver's quintet in the 80's and was responsible for much of the music on the hit television series, The Bill Cosby Show. (wiki)
