Multiple Families paying rent, providing cash flow, & paying down debt.

Less of an impact On Cashflow in the event of a vacancy.

With single family you’re 100% occupied or 100% Vacant.

Because of cash flow, the right choice of market, & execution on the business plan, Multifamily will be valued, differently &, at a higher price than single family.

Phenomenal tax benefits via cost segregation. Loss on paper despite cash flow positive.

B & C class Multifamily Apartment Communities Are here to stay. We’re a renters nation & people will always need a safe affordable place to live.
