Listen Later

There was a bit of excitement and nervous energy when businesses were required to send their workforce home. A few months down the track, and what started out as a temporary solution is looking more and more like the new normal.
In this episode Chris talks with "Lessons in Happiness from the Third World" author, Pete Jensen. Together they discuss the current issues facing businesses with remote work forces, including:
•What to do once the novelty wears off
•How to avoid the downward well-being spiral
•The principles of WHO-listic well-being
•How to build a strategy for well-being in isolation
•Finding sustained happiness
