During the second hour, Marty talked with KDKA-TVs Andy Sheehan about tests scores in Pittsburgh Public School, reading levels and education in general.  Marty also continued talk about the hate crime threat posted on social media by a 16-year-old from Beaver County, Marty reached out to Attorney Phil DiLucente to get his input.
