Let's face it, we have a love-hate relationship with buzzwords. Why do we use them, what are the benefits and what's the downside?

Dr. Douglas Reeves is the author of more than 30 books and 100 articles on leadership and student achievement and twice named to the Harvard University Distinguished Authors Series.
