Senele is the director and founder of 4IR Innovations (Pty) Ltd, specialising in Industrial Automation, IT solutions as well as Educational Technology and STEM education.
Senele is also the founder of Ososayensi Education Advancement, a community development NPC which is aimed at exposing young learners in under-served communities to STEM and the beneficial use of Science, Technology and Innovation to solve problems.
The exposure aims to increase their chances of successfully pursuing technology-related careers and therefore have relevant skills into the future, thereby reducing poverty, unemployment and inequality through advancement of a smart society.
