Members of the public could sometimes rightly feel daunted by the prospect of using the services of a legal practitioner – this is according to Motlatsi Molefe, the CEO of the Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund (LPFF).
It’s no doubt that people need to know, amongst other things, what their rights are and how to make sure they are using a credible legal practitioner; but do they know how they can retrieve their money and generally what their rights are as consumers are when using a legal practitioner?
