The village is somewhat broken into pieces, teachers are given yet another task to bridge the gap. How do teachers meet their needs when the support they need is unattainable?. Teachers are doing their best to continue to meet the needs of their students day in and out, politics becomes a deterrent and burdens all possibilities, Parents are disengaged, some are lost in translation and greater majority  seem not to care about the urgency t connect students with their teachers. How do we support our teachers? What do teachers need to make their job easier or better? And how do we support those parents that are desperate to make a change and adapt to the current norm. Lets  expose these disparities and bias. Lets talk!!
