How does your education affect your thinking? In this episode we discuss our education history and the importance our parents placed on doing well at school. We also discuss the 70-20-10 rule developed by the Center for Creative Leadership. While the theory is used in organization training development,  we explore how much of our learning can be attributed to experience, exposure and education.
