He shared his experiences with working in both Public and Private schools and he also talked about what his climb has been like from beginning student teaching all the way up until now serving as an Assistant Director of High School Support & Athletic Director.

We also talked about what his current day to day looks like and about the mission of the Academy he is an educator at and the students he currently serves. Bobby ended the podcast by sharing advice for those that may be looking to get into Education and things to look for before accepting a position.
