Nancy Cowlishaw is coordinator of McKinney ISD Partners in Education, which furnishes relationships between schools, businesses and volunteers. Its REACH mentor program pairs adult mentors with students of all ages. Cowlishaw also runs her own clothing business. We asked her about both.
