South Africa is facing a severe teacher shortage, despite there being thousands of teaching positions vacant across the country.
To better understand why more of the country’s millions of young jobseekers are not pursuing teaching qualifications, online professional learning community Zibuza.net has put out a survey to its network of teachers, the full results of which can be found in the press release below.
