As we begin a new year, many of us start the year with new hopes, dreams and goals. With 2020 and its many challenges behind us, we look forward to 2021 with the hope of new beginnings and a better future for all. However, one pandemic has been with us for several years, and if we do not make concerted efforts to address it, it will continue to plague us for many years to come. It is the pandemic of the 'missing middle'.
