Rob Theriault is a seasoned consultant, executive coach, and educator with over 30 years of experience in various industries, including healthcare, education, and government. He has held leadership positions in several organizations and has authored numerous articles on leadership and innovation. Rob is also a frequent speaker at conferences and events, where he shares his insights on how to drive organizational success through effective leadership and innovation strategies.
Rob has a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree in Paramedicine from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia and a Master of Educational Technology (M.E.T.) from the University of British Columbia. This led to a long career working in many positions as a paramedic, including as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic. Today Rob is the Immersive Technology Manager at Georgian College's Centre for Applied Research and Innovation. He has also been involved in paramedic education and curriculum development, having founded ParaMedic Tutor, an online platform that provides training and resources for paramedic students and educators.
In addition to his professional work, Rob has been involved in several community organizations and has been recognized for his contributions to the field of organizational development and paramedic education.
