In 1895, a mysterious article was published in The Boston Post highlighting medical mysteries in the United States. The author spread tales of mermaids, spider-people, and one man who would become a legend lasting centuries - a man named Edward Mordrake. The truth behind the existence of Edward Mordrake is not known, but the stories surrounding him and his "bonus" features have withstood the test of time. Modern interpretations of the legend of Mordrake tell of an evil lurking just beyond the surface; on the contrary, modern medical analyses may have the answers we seek.
