Edwin Edwards served as the 50th Governor of Louisiana for 4 terms, twice as many terms than any other Governor in our state. His story has already been written in a book. And while he was serving a 10-year prison sentence, he developed a pen pal relationship with a Louisiana girl whom he remains married to this day. This is her story.
